| Common side effects observed while medicating with Procarbazine are difficulty swallowing, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, trouble sleeping, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, dry mouth, muscle/joint pain, or darkening of the skin may occur. Inform your doctor if these conditions persist or get worse. There are some severe side effects which must be informed to the doctor right away if observed like unusual bleeding/bruising, diarrhea, tingling/numbness of hands/feet, mental/mood changes, mouth/lip sores, sore throat that doesn't go away, fever, chill etc. Stop taking this medicine right away if you observe any of the effects like neck stiffness/soreness, severe nausea/vomiting, sweating/clammy skin, widened pupils, vision changes (such as double/blurred vision), sudden sensitivity to light (photophobia), severe headache, fast/slow/irregular/pounding heartbeat etc. There are also some allergic side effects which occur rarely but must get immediate medical attention such as severe dizziness, rash, trouble breathing, itching/swelling etc. | |
